Welcome to OC Personal Training my name is Brad Glaser: Master Certified Personal Trainer and owner of OC Personal Training. I train from a clean private personal training studio here in Irvine Orange County. I have five nationally accredited personal trainer certifications: NASM, CES, PES, NCSF, PFIT, & CPR Certified which has given me unsurpassed training knowledge.
Started at an early age which prompted me to seek employment from the largest Personal Training fitness chain in the country. Through my passion and dedication, I quickly rose through the personal trainer ranks and became the Master trainer that trained all trainers there. At the age of twenty I became fitness manager at one of the company's busiest personal trainer locations. I became dissatisfied with this position after seeing first hand that the primary goal of the company was financial gain rather than helping people meet their fitness goals
In 2008 I left my position to start up my own Personal Training facility that would reflect my values. During your first visit here at OC Personal Training, we will discuss your primary fitness Goals. And design a program for your needs.
After setting your fitness goals we will gather vital statisctics such as body fat percentage and circuference measurements.

We will design a customized nutrition program that fits your lifestyle to an ensure easy transition for a healthier diet.
Posture & Muscle Imballances
After taking your measurements we'll find how your joints are functioning. We will find what muscles are tight & what muscles are weak so we can strenghthen the weak & loosen the tight to have a balanced body.
Release Adhesions with a Foam Roller & Sports Massage
After checking your posture we will show you how to loosen your tight muscles with knots with the use of a foam roller.
Stretching specific tight muscles
After we release the knots we then will stretch and lengthen your tight muscles.
Deep Tissue Sports Massage
If we find you have poor Range of Motion in your joints and stretching isn't enough, we will apply Deep Tissue Massage on the specifically tight muscles.
Strength Training with Corrective Exercises & Cardio Programs
We then design a strength training & cardio program customized for you. Focusing on Balance, Core, Arms, Legs, and Functional Training. Also putting a focus on strengthening specifically your weaker muscles to balance our your body.

"Awesome, educated, covenant, private and productive! I'm not an easy sell and I came across and ad for this Gym with Masseuse to work together and they offered free session?! I called to screen this trainer (as I didn't want to waste my time) and I've had trainers in the past, so I have some knowledge and experience- Brad gave me a break down on in improving my core (the foundation) for all my workouts and how in conjunction they may be able to help with chronic lower back and also waist pain (my weak points). Fitness atire, preferably shorts and workout shirt. You are going to get sweaty so make sure your skin can breathe.
